1. PVC Board Dies (Entry-level Universal Type for Label Industry)

Monolithic solid steel construction with sufficient blade height to process thickened PET, rigid PVC tags, multi-layer composite labels and buffer stickers with foam backing.

Equipped with air nozzle waste extraction structure to automatically remove scraps from multi-hole warning labels with dense tiny apertures, eliminating manual waste picking and boosting productivity.

Matched with pre-press ejector blocks to stop thin soft film labels from stretching and graphic shifting, preserving complete printed patterns without distortion.

High hardness allows repeated re-sharpening, suited for medium and long-term stable bulk orders.

5. CNC Integrated Rotary Dies (Top Choice for Mass Roll Label Production)

Continuous high-speed rotary die-cutting enables non-stop processing of roll labels, with output capacity 3–8 times higher than flat dies. Specially designed for long-term roll label orders of large-scale label manufacturers.

A single rotary die integrates laminating, half-cutting, slitting and waste stripping to cut labor costs and secondary processing procedures.
