1. Standard / Contour Copy Engraving Dies
For processing special-shaped foam, EPDM rubber and silicone sealing gaskets, sound insulation and shock absorption pads used on car doors, instrument panels, seats and trunks. Manufactured from one-piece solid steel without tool joints, they deliver smooth cutting surfaces on curved and concave-convex contour profiles, ensuring consistent assembly gaps to eliminate air leakage and abnormal interior noise in vehicles.
The contour copy structure matches the radian of vehicle shells at a 1:1 ratio. Equipped with pre-press ejectors, they prevent stretching and deformation during die cutting of thick soft rubber, guaranteeing uniform dimensions and zero assembly tolerance for mass-produced parts.
Engine compartment dustproof and heat insulation pads, chassis buffer gaskets and lamp sealing rings can be formed in one single operation. High-temperature-resistant materials cut cleanly without sticking to the die blade.
2. Pre-press Ejector Engraving Dies
Specially designed for automotive conductive foam, wire harness insulating films and ultra-thin adhesive-backed materials. Materials are firmly compressed before die cutting to avoid web wandering and graphic misalignment. They maintain high precision for auxiliary parts of automotive sensors and circuit boards, lowering the defect rate of circuit short circuits.
3. Air Nozzle Waste Extraction / Blanking Engraving Dies
Ideal for multi-hole heat insulation gaskets of battery packs, automotive dust screens and multi-hole wire harness fixing pads. Vacuum automatically removes waste from dense tiny holes without machine shutdown for manual cleaning. Compatible with automated stamping lines, they greatly boost production capacity for new energy vehicle components.
II. Etching Dies
Specialized in miniature precision automotive small parts: sensor buffer rubber pads, FPC circuit insulating sheets, micro wire harness fixing adhesive tapes and mini central control dustproof gaskets. Featuring seamless cutting edges and high dimensional accuracy with low mold opening costs, they are perfect for new car model sampling and small-batch prototyping of precision electronic auxiliary materials.
III. Wood Dies & Rubber Plate Dies
- Wood Dies: For cutting automotive floor mats, trunk paper liners, paper manuals, hang tags and simple packaging gaskets with extremely low sampling costs.
- Rubber Plate Dies: For small automotive self-adhesive labels, warning stickers and wire harness marking decals. They deliver excellent bending forming for tiny special-shaped labels and match small trademark printing machines for auto parts packaging.
IV. Rotary Dies (For Web Materials, Core Equipment for New Energy Industry)
Enable continuous high-speed rolling cutting of large-volume rolled automotive auxiliary materials, including power battery insulating films, double-sided wire harness tapes, full-vehicle sound insulation rolls and waterproof sealing tapes. Their output capacity is 3–8 times that of flat dies, cutting costs for long-term bulk orders.
A single rotary die integrates laminating, half-cutting, waste stripping and slitting to streamline multiple processes, suiting automated assembly lines of battery factories and interior material manufacturers.
Built-in air blowing and hollow blanking structures prevent die clogging during continuous production of multi-hole battery heat insulation rolls. The liner remains intact without breakage for seamless feeding to automated laminating equipment.
V. QDC Metal Stamping Dies (Core for Metal Stamping)
Process copper and aluminum terminals for automotive high-voltage wire harnesses, battery conductive shrapnel, shielding cases, small vehicle metal fasteners and heat sink sheets. Punching, bending and blanking are completed in one forming step with precision up to ±0.005mm, eliminating risks of poor contact, overheating and fire hazards on high-voltage terminals.
The die base supports rapid mold change and offers wear resistance with a service life of over one million strokes. Suitable for mass automated stamping of high-voltage metal parts for new energy vehicles to ensure safe and stable vehicle circuits.
VI. Supporting Fixtures, Pneumatic Jigs & Pneumatic Punching Machines
- Standard Positioning Fixtures: Fix and position special-shaped sealing gaskets and battery pads to avoid offset during manual feeding and unify assembly dimensional standards.
- Pneumatic Jigs: Air cylinders automatically compress thick rubber and foam without manual holding, preventing stamping injuries. They work with pneumatic punching machines for cyclic mass die cutting.
- Pneumatic Punching Machines: Compatible with all flat dies for stamping interior rubber gaskets and electronic shims with adjustable pressure. Suitable for half-cutting thin materials and full cutting of thick rubber, they serve auto parts factories for sampling and small-to-medium batch mass production.
