Die-cutting often encounters the following situations: product deformation, material jamming, knife explosion, inconcentric sleeve cutting, and misalignment. The die is prone to chipping because the film is hard. The die-cut edges are not vertical. "Hu Yidao" can solve these problems.
Punching of thick film: When the thickness of the film exceeds 0.5mm and the double-knife position is less than 3mm, currently most of them adopt the two-knife cutting method, while "Hu Yidao" can be punched with one knife.

2. Since punching hard materials requires extremely high mold return, ordinary EVA foam cannot achieve the effect. At the same time, different blade angles are designed according to different graphics to solve the deformation problem that may occur during punching.
