Problems encountered in precision die cutting of PET protective film:

1. Paint peeling off edges:The main reason is that there is a printed product in the punched position. When the printed position is punched, the punching force of the die can easily cause the paint to fall off, resulting in uneven punching.

2. Burr:If the panel is punched without paint, the above-mentioned edge paint peeling problem will not occur. However, because the punching knife is generally straight, burrs will be pulled out when the panel is withdrawn after vertical punching.

Solution: The blade used by Hu Yidao has a slope, has a drafting function, and squeezes the material, so that the burrs will not be pulled out when the die is retracted.

3. Fold:During the product punching process, the angle of the blade will affect the punching effect, causing creases on the product.

4. Limitations of die-cut panels: In the die-cutting industry, traditional panels are carved by engraving machines and cut by laser machines, but the costs are high and the efficiency is low. The "Hu Yidao" blade can solve this problem very well. Our company's efficiency is 5 times that of engraving machines and laser cutting, and the cost is only 1/5 of it. However, blade punching panels also have limitations. For those whose R angle is less than 0.3mm, it cannot be punched with a knife die.
