Cutting board engraving die

Die-cutting materials: Products with spray-painted or silk-screen PET/PP/PC material panels are die-cut and formed.
Problems will occur: creases, paint peeling off the edges, corner drawing, etc.
The main reason is that there are printed products in the punched position. When the printed position is punched, the punching force of the die can easily cause the paint to fall off, resulting in uneven cutting. For this problem, "Hu Yidao" mainly developed a blade angle solution to solve this problem.
If the panels were printed without paint or silk screen, would this situation not occur?
If you don’t use silk screen printing, you can punch with a normal die and burrs will appear on the edge. The blade currently used by “Hu Yidao” has a slight plucking slope, which squeezes the material but does not cause burrs on the product. If it is vertical punching, a little burr will be pulled out when the punch is withdrawn. Normal knives are straight, but the knives made by "Hu Yidao" are not very straight, a little slanted, not too steep, and relatively smooth. This is the skill inside. Cutting the film is a constraint. The minimum sharp angle can only be R0.3mm, because the panels are carved with engraving machines and cut with laser machines. One thing they have in common is high cost and low production capacity, so if the R angle is less than 0.3mm, we cannot do it well.
[Hu Yidao] What are the following problems that die cutting can solve for panel products?
Die-cutting solution capabilities: 0.1-0.4MM thick products of the above-described materials, and our company designs specific blades to solve the above common die-cutting problems. This is something no other company can do.
